Christina Guillen is the founder and lead facilitator of Thrive Vive.
An entrepreneur since the age of eighteen, Christina brings over two decades of business leadership experience into her facilitation work. After serving as a marketing director and building multiple ventures, she recognized a recurring pattern across industries:
Leaders were capable and intelligent, yet often operating in reactive patterns shaped by stress and isolation.
This realization led her to pursue advanced facilitation training and neuroscience-informed leadership development. Christina became a certified experiential facilitator and began integrating brain-based tools with relational depth practices. The result became Thrive Vive.
What began as one woman facilitating powerful conversations has grown into a structured leadership development company.
Thrive Vive is actively expanding its facilitator network and refining its methodology to serve organizations and communities nationally.
