Leadership Engagement Facilitator & Founder
Christina's journey as an entrepreneur began at age 18, and her passion for building thriving communities has only deepened over two decades. As a former marketing director turned certified XCHANGE facilitator, she brings a unique blend of business acumen, facilitation expertise, and genuine care for human connection.
Her approach is rooted in lived wisdom and continuous learning. Christina doesn't just teach conscious leadership, she embodies it. Her workshops create spaces where vulnerability is welcomed, authentic connections flourish, and leaders discover new ways of showing up for their teams.
Certified in advanced facilitation techniques and deeply versed in neuroscience principles, Christina designs experiences that honor both the science of human behavior and the art of meaningful connection. Her clients describe her as warm, insightful, and transformative.
